She can help you pick out a lot to build your dream home on or we can build

draw up a plan to suit them. Lund Builders, Inc. keeps an archive of plans to
work from or we can use your ideas. These guys are very talented! They can start from an architect drawing
or a rough sketch on a napkin. If you can dream it, we will do our best to build
it! Also available are virtual tours. Chris can draw your plan on a computer to
show you a 3-D aspect of the house. |

Todd
is the president of Lund Builders, Inc. He will meet with you at the intended
lot to make sure the size and style of home you have in mind will fit right
and look good on the lot. |

Todd is the project manager and will oversee all construction aspects of your
new home. Your home won’t be done until Todd feels it meets his high quality
standards. Todd is very willing to work with the homeowners if they would like
to do any of the work themselves. We just need to know ahead of time, so we
can plan and schedule accordingly. |
